1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the United States.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Priority Shipping     | Faster delivery for an additional cost (calculated at checkout)

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed during business hours are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Carriers
We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), they will make several delivery attempts according to their standard delivery policy. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, you may request that we reship your order (additional shipping costs may apply) or request a refund of the order amount, excluding original shipping costs.

6. Delays and Force Majeure
The estimated delivery times above are approximate and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. Noxora is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damage During Transit
If you receive an order with visible damage to the packaging, please note this on the delivery receipt if possible, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@noxora.shop, including photos of the damage.
