Where it all started
I didn't start training because I loved the gym. I started because I didn't feel good in my own body. I felt weak. I felt insecure. I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize who I saw.
"I didn't go to the gym to compete. I went because I didn't know what else to do with how I felt."
But something shifted the moment I walked through those doors. I found structure. I found discipline. And slowly — I found myself.

I tested it on myself first. I optimized my light environment. I wore blue light blocking glasses before bed. And within days, I felt a shift I hadn't felt in years. Deeper sleep. Faster recovery. Energy that didn't need to be forced.
Four years ago, I started working with clients one-on-one. Diet, training, everything. And when I introduced the glasses — the results stopped being good. They became undeniable.

Wherever I am. Whatever I'm doing. I protect my sleep before it even starts.
